Dr. Wiseman has contributed to the understanding of
the physics of estuarine and continental shelf environments
during his 30-year tenure with LSU. He is currently acting
as advisor on LSU research projects involving hypoxia in the
Gulf of Mexico, inner shelf currents, and coastal marine modeling.
